Project Deposits
Project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover planning, research, design, and project preparation.
Website & Development Services
Due to the custom nature of website development, Shopify design, mobile app development, game development, branding, and digital marketing services, refunds cannot be provided for completed work or work already in progress.
Cancellation
If a client cancels a project before work has started, a refund may be considered after deducting any administrative or consultation costs already incurred.
Revisions
Our goal is client satisfaction. We provide revisions based on the agreed project scope to ensure the final result meets expectations.
Delays
Clients are responsible for providing requested content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may affect project timelines.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside these terms will be reviewed individually and handled fairly based on the project's status and the work completed.
